Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Regional Loan Syndications analyst to support the origination and execution of club syndicated bank loans for Commercial Banking clients and prospects. You will collaborate with multiple teams to drive syndicated loans and related business.

The role involves building financial models, performing analyses, and preparing materials for lender meetings, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and statistical analysis.
• Conduct research and prepare support documentation and client presentation material.
• Development/Maintenance of Regional Loan Syndication comparative transactions.
• Assist with quarterly/periodic data reporting and analysis.
• Preparation of quarterly business updates.
• Assist with logistical and operational tasks associated with lender meetings and loan closings.
• Works under the direction of more senior associates.
