Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join the Agent Services team and administer lending portfolios for our client base. You will manage lifecycle events, communicate with borrowers and lenders, and partner with other lines of business to support the global operating model and local client base.

Responsibilities

• Execute the operational requirements to manage lifecycle events of syndicated loans.
• Interpret underlying legal documents to ensure compliant deal management.
• Answer client, borrower and lender queries in a timely manner.
• Perform financial analysis to verify accruals and pricing mechanics.
• Manage outstanding work items in line with KPIs.
• Ensure high accuracy to minimize operational risk in the lending portfolio.
• Support projects and other initiatives to enhance the Agent Services product.
