Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process documentation, funding, and due diligence for standard or complex transactions.
• Review and issue required legal documents and ensure terms are met.
• Negotiate revisions and coordinate closing schedules with clients and counsel.
• Direct workflow to meet client expectations and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
• Validate transaction structures against pricing models and ensure security interests are perfected.
• Support trade closing activities, KYC, and loan documentation review as needed.
