Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Syndicated Loan Transaction Coordinator – Associate in the Wholesale Lending Services team in New Jersey. You will coordinate complex syndicated loans and letter of credit transactions, reviewing documents for feasibility, regulatory requirements and risk mitigation, and collaborating with Origination Businesses.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree plus 5+ years Syndicated Loan experience.
• Strong understanding of credit agreements and loan funding mechanics.
• Experience with large syndicated deals and cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assign, Manage, and maintain Investment and Commercial Bank transaction pipeline.
• Ensure broad understanding of loan products and industry to assist junior analysts.
• Collect and review legal loan documentation for feasibility and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and review internal closing documentation with multiple teams (DCM, Credit Risk, Loan & Agency, Legal, Trade Settlements).
• Discuss and advise funding mechanics and operational requirements for internal booking locations and currency policies.
• Initiate trade settlement process and coordinate with settlement teams for Institutional Term Loan transactions.
• Provide effective communication and coordination of fee documentation and risk controls.
• Identify and address control gaps by engaging global partners and proposing scalable solutions.
• Participate with groups to enhance performance and coordinate with international counterparts on cross-border deals.
