Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation's Corporate Banking Group is seeking a Syndications Servicing Manager to oversee loan servicing, facilities amendments, and maintenance requests for syndicated loans. The role focuses on monitoring performance, enhancing processes, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, while developing talent.

Based in Atlanta, GA with onsite requirements of four days per week and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or eight years of related syndicated loan work experience.
• Five years of management experience.
• Experience passing required assessments.
• Knowledge of syndicated lending operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the Syndicated Loan Services group, including loan servicing, amending facilities, and maintenance requests.
• Monitors team performance and errors, and provides coaching.
• Seeks opportunities to simplify processes and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Leads training, writes procedures, and ensures adherence to controls.
• Interviews, hires, plans, and directs work while managing risk.
• Collaborates with front office, credit, legal, and risk teams to ensure accurate execution.
