Regions, based in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Syndications Servicing Manager to lead the Syndicated Loan Services group, overseeing loan servicing, amendments, and maintenance requests. You will drive performance, implement process improvements, and ensure controls across post-closing operations.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and a track record of coaching teams in a fast-paced lending environment. Travel and onsite expectations apply.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or eight (8) years of related syndicated loan work experience, particularly in an Admin Agent role.
• Five (5) years of management experience
• Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position

Responsabilidades

• Manages all aspects of the Syndicated Loan Services group, including loan servicing, amending facilities, and various maintenance requests
• Monitors team members' production and errors
• Seeks opportunities for the improvement and simplification of processes to enhance stakeholder experience
• Assists the team during peak times with daily tasks and responsibilities
• Writes procedures, establishes training, and ensures adherence to key controls
• Monitors individual team members' performance and provides feedback
• Completes analysis of the team's performance through KRIs and KPIs for monthly business reviews
• Focuses on payment and operational risk management
• Ensures compliance with bank policy and all applicable federal regulations and state laws
• Provides leadership, direction, and growth opportunities to members of the department
• Interviews, hires, plans, assigns, or directs work, appraises performance, disciplines team members, and resolves problems
• Works with the Human Resources Department to resolve more complex team member-related issues
