Regions Bank is seeking a Syndicated Loan Services Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee all aspects of the Syndicated Loan Services group, including servicing, amendments, and maintenance requests. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or 8 years of related syndicated loan experience, with at least 5 years of management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or eight years of related syndicated loan work experience.
• Five years of management experience.
• Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the Syndicated Loan Services group, including loan servicing, amending facilities, and maintenance requests
• Monitors team members' production and errors
• Seeks opportunities for the improvement and simplification of processes to enhance stakeholder experience, and determine the possibility of reducing redundant or repetitive tasks
• Assists the team during peak times with daily tasks and responsibilities
• Writes procedures, establishes training, and ensures adherence to key controls
• Monitors individual team members' performance and provides feedback
• Completes analysis of the team's performance through KRIs and KPIs for monthly business reviews
• Focuses on payment and operational risk management
• Ensures compliance with bank policy and all applicable federal regulations and state laws
• Provides leadership, direction, and growth opportunities to members of the department
• Interviews, hires, plans, assigns, or directs work, appraises performance, disciplines team members, and resolves problems
• Works with the Human Resources Department to resolve more complex team member-related issues
