Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation’s Pittsburgh office is seeking a Syndicated Loan Operations Specialist to support agent and investor portfolios by processing daily loan transactions, closings, advances, payments, wires, rate resets, and rollovers while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with internal partners and external counsel to facilitate syndicated transactions, maintain core system records, and support junior team members in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• High School or GED.
• 5 years of job-related experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to use general office equipment.
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software.
• MS Excel - Intermediate Level.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end syndicated loan processing, including deal review and structure for compliance.
• Review documents and input required information for loan closings and funding.
• Reconcile and store electronic information in core systems for agent banks and participated accounts.
• Coordinate with investors, agent banks, and internal partners to facilitate timely loan transactions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reflection of pro-rata shares in investor communications.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and foster collaboration across teams.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
