Delta Capita is seeking a professional to oversee the syndicated loan lifecycle, including origination, funding, servicing, and settlement. You will review credit agreements, coordinate with borrowers and syndicate members, and ensure accurate execution of loan operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant financial experience, advanced Excel skills, and solid knowledge of loan documentation. Office-based hybrid work arrangement may be required to align with client policies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Commercial loans product knowledge.
• Understanding of syndicated loans lifecycle.
• Familiarity with loan documentation (LMA/ LSTA, credit agreements, funding memos etc).
• 1-3 years relevant financial experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Previous middle office/operations experience (preferred).
• Previous loan servicing experience (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Oversee operational processes across the full syndicated loan lifecycle, including origination, funding, servicing, and settlement.
• Review and interpret credit agreements to ensure accurate execution of loan operations in accordance with terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with syndicate members, borrowers, and internal stakeholders to manage loan events, including amendments, refinancings, paydowns, restructures, and transfers.
• Perform quality control and reconciliation of loan transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies in data, documentation, or payments.
• Track and monitor financial covenants, ensuring compliance and timely reporting, and escape breaches or concerns as needed.
• Prepare and review reports on loan activity, portfolio status, and key operational metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage collateral requirements, including tracking, verification, and maintaining appropriate documentation to ensure compliance with loan terms and conditions
