Job summary

Citi in Irving, TX is seeking a Syndicated Loan Analyst to support loan closing and servicing coordination, onboarding, data management, and quality control across the loan lifecycle. You will help ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.

This role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and advanced Excel; familiarity with Tableau and Loan IQ is a plus. You will collaborate across risk, operations, legal, and business lines to drive end-to-end

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage priorities and complete tasks with minimal follow-up.
Strong Excel proficiency.
Tableau or visualization tool familiarity.
Experience with Loan IQ and transaction capture tools.
Keen attention to detail and developed analytical/problem-solving abilities.
Client relationship and solution skills.

Responsibilities

Support loan origination and lifecycle management for syndicated and bilateral loans.
Develop processes, standards, procedures, controls, training and implementation of transaction management.
Design and implement technology including testing and rollout.
Provide training and support to transaction management staff and stakeholders.
Collaborate with originating/coverage lines, credit risk, operations and legal.
Ensure data quality and compliance with policies/regulations.
Define operational metrics and risk reviews across the loan lifecycle.
Manage and close a loan closing pipeline, data capture and document storage.
Coordinate and close loan transactions and lifecycle events.
