Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Syndicated Lending Document Administrator to manage closings, funding, and booking for syndicated lending transactions. You will interact with internal partners and external counsel to ensure accurate, timely documentation and execution.

The role requires strong knowledge of commercial lending processes, legal documents, and proficiency with LoanIQ and MS Office. The environment emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and adaptability to evolving transaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with commercial lending or LoanIQ (system of record).
• Familiarity with commercial credit or commercial loan terminology.
• Experience with reading, interpreting, and analyzing complex legal documentation such as credit agreements, and amendments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to target messaging to different audiences.
• Proficient computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Independent working style with ability to escalate early for seamless closings.
• Adaptability to a quickly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that loan documentation and lien perfection meets bank policies and procedures and that work product is delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
• Reviews the loan approval and loan documents prepared by counsel to ensure consistency and adherence to requirements.
• Completes primary financial booking and initial loan funding.
• Works closely with Client Managers, Credit and Portfolio Officers, agency management, internal and external legal counsel, and many internal operational support units to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
