Queens Community House is seeking a Program Aide to support the day-to-day operations of the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) and Work Learn & Grow (WLG). Based primarily at the Newtown program site, the Program Aide will assist with participant engagement, attendance tracking, program activities, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure the successful operation of the program.
The Program Aide will work closely with SYEP/WLG program staff, participants, worksite supervisors, and community partners. The position may also require occasional reporting to High School for Arts & Business to provide additional program support, participant engagement, and coverage as needed.
Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred to support communication and engagement with Spanish-speaking youth and families.
