Position Summary

• Responsible for recruiting, teaching, and coaching student athletes in the sport of softball.

Essential Functions

• Instructs players in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of softball.
• Organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities and exercises.
• Assesses players’ skills.
• Monitors players during competition and practice.
• Determines game strategy.
• Supervises athletes during practices and competition.
