Job summary

States Manufacturing LLC is seeking an electrician/wiring technician to install and terminate wiring on assembled electrical systems in Champlin and Dayton. You will ensure wiring follows diagrams and is done on low to medium voltage systems, per assembly drawings.

The role requires reading BOMs, assembly drawings, and wiring schematics, plus strong communication and teamwork. Hours are 5am–3:30pm, Mon-Thu, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering/manufacturing documents including BOMs, drawings, and wiring schematics.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.

Responsibilities

• Wire various control panel products.
• Install electrical components.
• Interpret electrical schematics/diagrams.
• Cut, strip, crimp and wire various AWG gauges per print with high accuracy.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with shop employees to promote feedback to drive product improvement.
• Projects a positive, professional image of the company in all communications with customers, vendors and suppliers.
• Make recommendations to management on manufacturing processes to promote lean manufacturing.
• Assists in other areas of manufacturing as needed.

Job Summary

Install and terminate wiring onto newly assembled complex electrical systems. You will ensure wiring is run in a professional and organized manner that meets requirement of wiring diagrams and schematics. Wiring will be performed on low and medium voltage systems. Installation of electrical components per assembly drawing.

Required Skills
