Job summary

MEPPI is opening a state-of-the-art Advanced Switchgear Facility in New Galilee, PA. This Assembly Technician role trains at Warrendale, then transitions to New Galilee for on-site work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

We offer direct-hire and temp-to-hire paths, competitive pay of $20.00–$23.50 per hour, a Monday–Friday day shift, and generous PTO, holidays, and bonus potential for full-time staff with strong safety and quality culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus at least two years of work experience or equivalent education.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble frames, bushings, and sub-assemblies for circuit breakers and parts orders according to specifications.
• Perform basic electrical connections based on diagrams and specs for shipment readiness.
• Use hand and power tools to create high-quality assemblies per drawings and BOMs.
• Inspect subassemblies and assemblies for defects and correct issues to ensure top quality. Be a Mitsubishi Ambassador and discuss Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies.
