West Chester, United States based manufacturer seeks an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer to program, setup, and optimize Star Swiss lathes for high-precision medical device components. The role involves developing processes, tool selection, and cycle-time improvements on Star SR-20J, SR-20RIV, and SV-20 platforms.

Responsibilities include creating CNC programs, interpreting drawings, performing first article inspections, and supporting production runs with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of Swiss programming and setup experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
• Experience with Star Swiss platforms and Fanuc controls.
• Ability to develop and optimize processes for high-precision parts.

Responsabilidades

• Program, setup, and optimize Star Swiss lathes.
• Develop processes for tight-tolerance medical device components.
• Create and modify CNC programs in CAD/CAM.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times.
• Select tooling, set cutting parameters, and optimize performance.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
• Support machinists during setup and production runs.
• Validate processes through first article inspections and process verification.
• Machine stainless, titanium, aluminum, plastics, and specialty alloys.
