Job summary

KLA Industries is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to apply hands-on knowledge of Swiss machining and advise customers on tool holding, work holding, and machine tooling. You will evaluate applications and recommend products that meet technical requirements, supporting sales conversations with practical machining know-how.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical sales and 2+ years with Swiss CNC machinery, with preferred experience in Swiss tooling.

Qualifications

• Three years of technical sales experience or equivalent.
• Two years of experience with Swiss CNC machinery.
• Swiss tooling industry experience preferred; closely related experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and internal teams on Swiss machining processes, tool holding, work holding, and machine tooling.
• Evaluate customer applications and recommend products that fit their technical requirements.
• Respond to requests for product information and support sales conversations with practical machining knowledge.
• Stay current on Swiss CNC tooling developments, customer needs, and competing products.
• Work closely with customer service and marketing colleagues.
• Represent the business at trade shows as required.
