Qualifications

• Requires 3 years' experience with setup and operation of CNC Swiss-Style machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Strong mathematical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up production jobs and edit/adjust CNC programs.
• Determine tooling needs and manage tool lists.
• Operate multiple machines to produce parts within tolerances.
• Inspect parts using various inspection equipment.
• Maintain equipment and keep a clean, safe workstation.
• Communicate with maintenance, programmers, operators and supervisors.
• Document in-process inspection and set up sheets.
• Train personnel as required.
