Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent, with basic math and blueprint reading.
• 1–2 years of machine operating experience.
• Ability to read workmanship standards and part drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC, VMC and Swiss machines safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parts during production and document results.
• Load material, set up tools, and adjust as needed.
• Identify nonconforming parts and communicate issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
