Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Machinist or Swiss CNC Operator preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with G-code programming and editing.
• Strong math skills for manufacturing calculations.
• High level of manual dexterity for small precision parts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Citizen Swiss-type CNC lathes.
• Perform G-code edits and adjustments at machine control.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Machine precision components using lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Fabricate and assemble tooling, jigs, fixtures, and dies.
• Calculate and set machine controls for production accuracy.
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, lubrication, and inspection.
• Monitor production to ensure tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency and production optimization.
• Support general manufacturing operations as needed.
