Job summary

Helix Linear Technologies is seeking an experienced Swiss CNC Machinist to set up and run Citizen Swiss machines for aerospace, medical, and defense parts. You will perform setups, hold ±0.001" tolerances, and ensure quality through first article inspection.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, adjusting feeds and speeds, and maintaining tooling and documentation in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years Swiss CNC setup and operation.
• Able to hold ±0.001" tolerances consistently.
• Strong blueprint/GD&T reading.
• Able to read micrometers/calipers/bore gauges and document results.

Responsibilities

• Set up jobs start to finish and verify repeatability before production release.
• Diagnose and fix machining issues to minimize downtime.
• Read blueprints and perform first article inspection.
• Maintain setup sheets and AS9100 documentation.
