Job summary

Precision Fuzing and Sensors in Middletown, CT is seeking a General Machinist IV – Swiss Screw, 2nd shift. You will set up CNC Swiss Screw equipment, read blueprints, edit programs, and perform in-process inspection to meet tight tolerances.

The role requires HS diploma, CNC Swiss Screw experience, GD&T, and keen attention to detail. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k with matching, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC Swiss Screw Machining is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and GD&T.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and shop practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Swiss Screw equipment and other machines with supervision.
• Set up operations, select tooling, and determine feeds and speeds.
• Edit and verify machine programs to meet tolerances.
• Inspect own work using gages and measurement tools to ensure quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report defects promptly.
