Full-time | Permanent | Weekend Day & Weekend Night Shifts

Hourly | $22 - $32 an Hour | Plus shift premium & pay for additional 4 hours!

Shifts Available:

Weekend Day Shift | 6:00 am – 6:00 pm | 3 days per week (Friday- Sunday) | 11% shift premium + pay for additional 4 hours

Weekend Night Shift | 6:00 pm – 6:00 am | 3 days per week (Friday-Sunday) | 15% shift premium + pay for additional 4 hours

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production and operation of multiple CNC machines in team‑based environment.
• Responsible for general/daily maintenance on machines to keep up with production.
• Responsible for ensuring quality of parts through regular inspection during production.
• Follow all safety guidelines as stated by company.
• Read and understand blueprints and basic geometric dimension tolerancing (will train)
• Inspect parts through use of visual and manual inspection equipment (caliper, micrometer etc.), as well as programmed CMM equipment (will train).
• Make offsets & change tooling per provided layout (will train).
• Communicate with fellow team members, and management, of job status and party quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related CNC Machine Operating experience.
• Strong, applied math skills: arithmetic, fractions/decimals, unit conversions, geometry, algebra, and statistics.
• Ability to inspect parts through use of visual and manual inspection equipment (caliper, micrometer etc.), as well as programmed CMM equipment.
• Successfully Complete Operation Basics Training, which includes: measuring small parts, reading and interpreting blueprints, repeatability in following documented processes and instructions.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Cooperative, team‑focused attitude.
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds regularly throughout shift.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and walk for entire shift.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
