Responsible for the day-to-day operation of receiving, selection, and loading of product, maintaining productivity levels for hourly team members. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities

1. Communicate with fellow supervisors and the manager on daily operational activities.
2. Manage and promote safety and sanitation in all areas.
3. Plan production and staffing needs on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis.
4. Collaborate with other departments to maximize productivity and performance.
5. Monitor and ensure all order accuracy requirements are met.
6. Conduct meetings with hourly associates.
7. Oversee personnel records for all associates.
8. Assist in developing and training hourly associates.
9. Generate productivity reports related to labor standards, ensuring adherence to budgets and divisional goals.
10. Supervise and coach direct reports, complete performance reviews, and provide feedback.
11. Perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

1. 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
2. High school diploma or higher; degree preferred.
3. Minimum of two years of leadership experience.
4. Highly motivated, energetic, with a strong sense of urgency.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and recommend solutions.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
