Job summary
Bronco Wine Company is seeking a Picker I for the Ceres, CA facility. This full-time, on-site role handles warehousing tasks including picking, labeling, and staging, with a 3:30 PM–11:30 PM shift and occasional overtime.
The role emphasizes safety, SOP adherence, and efficient product handling in a busy warehouse environment. Qualifications include basic math, English proficiency, and the ability to operate pallet trucks and lifts.
Qualifications
- Speak, read, and write English.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Learn warehouse product flow and systems.
- Learn to operate lifts (counter balanced & narrow aisle).
- Pass OSHA certification for pallet truck.
- Pallet patterns, counts and ties.
- Wine bottle/keg/box sizes and alcohol percentages.
- Work under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Understand and comply with all ISO9001, HACCP, and GMP.
- Learn and adhere to SOPs.
- Adhere to recycling requirements.
- Move DSD trucks between docks and parking area.
- Scan, pick, and place cases onto the pick module conveyer.
- Load and offload cargo vans and trailers by hand or pallet truck.
- Secure outbound loads and document damaged products.
