Job summary

OneSource Distributors in San Leandro, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, pick and pack orders, and support shipping operations. The role requires reading orders, loading materials, and using RF scanners and Eclipse for accurate documentation.

The position runs 2:00pm–10:30pm, is non-exempt and based in a warehouse environment with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or 6 months related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory by labeling and locating materials in stock.
• Read orders to determine products to move, gather, or distribute.
• Load, unload, and move materials to staging areas per sales tickets.
• Wrap, label, and mark materials for identification and loading.
• Operate RF scanners and hand-held devices.
• Use Eclipse to confirm picking and staging, ensuring correct piece count for drivers and customers.
• Document shipments and inventory changes in Eclipse.
• Perform cycle counts and verify stock quantities on request.
