Job summary

Bronco Wine Company in California is seeking a Warehouse Picker to operate in a fast-paced on-site distribution environment. You will perform warehousing tasks including picking, labeling, scanning, and loading goods to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires basic math, English literacy, the ability to work under time restraints, and adherence to safety SOPs. Shift is 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM; full-time regular with benefits.

Qualifications

• Speak, read, and write English.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
• Follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Learn warehouse product flow and systems used in the facility.
• Pass OSHA pallet truck certification.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with ISO9001, HACCP, and GMP.
• Learn and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Operate lift equipment: manual and electric pallet trucks; dock equipment.
• Scan, pick, and place cases onto the pick module conveyor; document pre-use inspections.
• Move and stack cases onto pallets or into cargo vans; rework damaged product and report issues.
• Maintain a safe, clutter-free, and clean work environment; participate in safety meetings.
