Job summary

True Nutrition in Vista, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help pick, pack, and ship customer orders and to keep the warehouse operations running smoothly. This in-person role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with overtime opportunities and a collaborative team atmosphere.

The ideal candidate is physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, pays close attention to detail, and follows GMP guidelines in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend for an entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation to Vista facility.
• Team-oriented and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Package products according to company quality standards.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.
• Move and stage raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Support inventory counts and inventory accuracy.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and GMPs.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
