The Swing Shift Supervisor’s primary duty and responsibility is to supervise the employees working swing shift and the total work effort associated with operation, sustainment, restoration, and modernization of the facility systems and components during their shift. The Swing Shift Supervisor shall be the subject matter expert for facility maintenance and repair during swing shift hours. Productivity, workplace safety, customer satisfaction, and the team’s success is dependent on the leadership team position’s efforts.
