Job summary

Excel Truck Group in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team for a swing shift: Tue–Fri 12:30pm–9:00pm and Sat 7:00am–3:00pm. Base pay ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, plus a Swing Shift differential bonus of $500 per month.

Qualifications

• Experience as a truck/auto service advisor or strong administrative skills.
• Truck or automotive technical knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for a high-volume Truck Service team.
• Support diagnostic, repair estimates, payment commitments, repair, and communication.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and service follow-up issues.
• Ask relevant questions to ensure proper servicing of the vehicle.
• Maintain open communication with technicians, management, and customers regarding job status changes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service.
