Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients experiencing crises and de-escalate when needed.
• Monitor and manage unit milieu to ensure safety and recovery.
• Provide supervision and structure for clients on site and off unit as needed.
• Record behaviors and progress in the electronic health records system.
