Job summary

Boise Cascade Company is seeking a Millwork Assembler for the swing shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) at Hatfield, MA. Starting pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential and bonus potential.

Overtime is available, and this is a full-time position with benefits starting on day one. Responsibilities include constructing doors and windows to order, setting up machinery, transporting materials, and ensuring safety and quality throughout production.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma, GED or two (2) years equivalent work experience.
• Alertness and ability to adapt to warehouse routines is required.
• Must understand and communicate safety and other work-related instructions.

Responsibilities

• Construct doors and windows to order, check product and raw material specs (lengths, angles).
• Set up door machinery and equipment to specifications.
• Transport raw materials and finished products to and from machinery, equipment and storage areas.
• Load and unload inventory as needed.
• Apply and understand fractions, decimals, percentages in calculations.
• May manage reports on production, quality, and order fulfillment processes.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety programs to ensure OSHA compliance.
• May train and oversee others and assist location manager and sales team to promote fabrication processes.
