Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations preferred.
• Experience working on a production line preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret written policies and procedures.
• Ability to complete paperwork correctly.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and count.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with others to achieve goals.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to recognize good quality and perform to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a production line following product specifications.
• Independently operate production machinery after training and certification.
• Follow established quality requirements for each product.
• Adhere to safety policies for operating equipment and handling materials.
• Cross-train to rotate among work stations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Promote teamwork to meet production efficiency and delivery goals.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, QSR/ISO, FDA, OSHA requirements.
• Adhere to company safety requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
