Job summary

Silgan Dispensing is seeking a Production Operator I to join our Spokane, WA manufacturing team. You will work on a production line packaging products for distribution, following written guidelines and specifications.

After training, you will independently operate production machinery and uphold quality and safety standards. The role requires a high school diploma, good communication skills, and the ability to work with others in a FDA-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Works on a production line packaging products, following written guidelines and specifications for each product.
• Operates production machinery after training and certification.
• Follows established quality requirements for each product.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures for equipment and materials.
• Cross trains to other work stations to enable rotation of work.
• Maintains a clean work area and promotes teamwork to meet goals.
• Ensures compliance with GMP, QSR/ISO, FDA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
