Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move during your shift.
• Basic computer skills and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build components using hand/power tools, read visual assembly drawings, and maintain shop quality and safety.
• Independently troubleshoot and read complex mechanical drawings and BOMs as you gain experience.
• Lead end-to-end assemblies and mentor junior technicians as you progress through Tech I–III levels.
