Job summary

MDH Network, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and community. The swing shift (Fri–Sun 2pm–10pm) offers steady hours, teamwork, and meaningful daily activities.

You will assist with personal care, meals, transportation, and engagement, while maintaining accurate notes and communicating with your team. A high school diploma or GED, DMV license, and English proficiency are required; bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Valid California driver's license with auto insurance and reliable transportation to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs (hygiene, bathing, dressing).
• Support with meals, recreation, and activities; provide transportation to community locations.
• Keep accurate progress notes and communicate with the team about individuals’ needs.
