Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance coverage.
• English reading/writing; Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily routines.
• Transport participants to activities using agency vehicle or own car.
• Record progress notes and communicate needs with the team.
• Provide companionship and support to promote independence.
