Job summary

AGF Glass, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Cutting Associate at our Springfield, MO facility to fabricate quality glass products. You will operate cutting systems, manage software, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 85 pounds, mechanical troubleshooting, and collaboration with a fast-paced team. Join us for steady hours and growth opportunities. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 12 PM–8:30 PM, with overtime as needed and a starting pay of $17/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in glass cutting or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 85 pounds repeatedly.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and adjustment skills.
• Familiarity with press operations and tooling concepts.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse experience including packaging responsibilities.
• Candidates must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Candidates must pass a background check.

• Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and meet production targets.
