PIPESTONE in Pipestone, MN seeks a Swine Nutrition Research Technician to assist in nutrition and production trials, collect and record data, and collaborate with nutrition, research, and sow production teams.

The role involves animal care tasks, data entry in Excel, and strict adherence to research protocols, biosecurity, and safety requirements. Weekend work may be required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year swine production experience required or preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
• Research experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with swine nutrition and production research trials.
• Collect and record accurate research data.
• Work alongside Nutrition, Research, and Sow Production teams.
• Participate in animal care activities including weighing, tagging, bleeding, and feeder measurements.
• Maintain research records and enter data using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure research protocols, biosecurity standards, and safety procedures are followed.
• Help identify and solve research and operational challenges.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:
