Job summary

Poolwerx Conroe is seeking a dedicated Pool Route Management & Service Coordinator to deliver professional pool services to our clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction. You will manage cleaning, water balancing, and follow-up, while coordinating stock and invoicing records.

The role involves outdoor work, loading a company vehicle, and identifying upselling opportunities to grow the business. This full-time position includes paid time off and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• To ensure consistent client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals
• Provide reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients.
• Provide professional pool cleaning, water balancing, and client follow-up.
• Load vehicle with standard and out-of-ordinary stock. Ensure all stock removed from the warehouse is accurately recorded and maintain a stock register and required tools to undertake services
• Record all materials and products used on-site for invoicing purposes.
• Identify and report any maintenance problems or faults
• Identify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales opportunities

Compensation: $750.00 - $1,250.00 per week
