Job summary

Poolwerx is hiring a Retail Associate to deliver friendly, professional service and technically assist clients with water testing and equipment solutions. You will engage customers, process payments, and help with stock and displays.

The role supports a dynamic, growth‑oriented team at multiple US locations, with flexible hours and a focus on customer satisfaction and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work various hours including weekends and some holidays.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.
• Excellent active listening skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with clients.
• Consults with clients to understand their needs and preferences related to products and services.
• Provide accurate technical and sales services, including water testing and chemical equipment solutions.
• Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
• Collects payment using the store point of sale system and processes returns and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean retail environment, including merchandise displays and adhering to OSHA policies & procedures.
• Participate in stock management activities.
• Promote Poolwerx home services.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
