Poolwerx Conroe is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver friendly, professional, and technical services to clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and repeat business. You will assist customers, perform water testing, and recommend products and services.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, understanding their needs, processing payments, stocking merchandise, and promoting Poolwerx home services. Training is provided with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work various hours including weekends and some holidays.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.

• Provide accurate technical and sales services, including water testing and chemical equipment solutions.
• Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
• Collects payment using the store point of sale system and processes returns and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean retail environment, including merchandise displays and adhering to OSHA policies & procedures.
• Participate in stock management activities
• Promote Poolwerx home services

Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
