Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a program or team.
  • Ability to film and process footage of meets or events.
  • Comfort lifting at least 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to assist with equipment logistics and laundry.
  • Assist with recruiting weekends and event setup/teardown.
  • Travel to away meets and attend all home meets.

Responsibilities

  • Keep up with social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Film and process footage of swim/dive meets.
  • Lift at least 50 pounds and stand for periods of time while filming or working meets.
  • Pick up/drop off equipment and laundry from the equipment room as needed.
  • Assist with recruiting weekends (set up, clean up, ensure supplies are in order).
  • Assist coaches and staff during practice times, meets, etc.
  • Travel to away meets and attend all home meets.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Office; knowledge of swimming and diving preferred but not required.
