The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years’ experience, lifeguard certification, CPR/First Aid and AED certifications, and a commitment to high standards of customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience. Must include lifeguard certification and excellent customer service skills.
• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Assist head coach with recruitment of student-athletes and scouting of eligible candidates.
• Contact parents, high school/club coaches and prospective students to evaluate athletic ability, academic aptitude and interest.
• Collaborate to develop student-athlete profiles and review academic potential for admission decisions.
• Assist with development and execution of practice, training, and competition schedules.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, UAA and NYU regulations.
