Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR/First Aid and WSI Certifications are preferred.
• Must be certified in Safety Training for Swim Coaches by the American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Trains swimmers of varying ages and skill levels.
• Communicates with parents on progress and development of swimmers' abilities.
• Teaches proper stroke technique, endurance, and prepares swimmers for competition.
• Collaborates with other coaches to promote drills and workouts for all four strokes.
• Oversees entries for swim meets and supervises athletes at meets.
