Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to help swimmers improve techniques in indoor and outdoor pools and assist the Head Swim Team Coach with group workouts. You will register new participants and maintain the cleanliness of the Aquatics facilities.

You will lead practices, promote Life Time programs, and pursue certifications required by Life Time. This is an hourly role with a focus on safety and team development.

Qualifications

• 1 year of swim coaching experience.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Must complete Life Time Swim Instructor Certification within first year.

Responsibilities

• Offer swimmers guidance to master technique.
• Run daily practices under Head Coach direction.
• Promote Life Time products, services, and programs.
