Job summary

Kosciusko Community YMCA is looking for an Assistant Coach for the swim team. This role involves providing a swim program tailored to each athlete's goals and abilities, promoting education, motivation, and teamwork. The Assistant Coach will work with youth to help them achieve their overall athletic objectives through personalized and group training sessions.

Team practices are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Benefits include a free YMCA membership and discounts for family memberships and programs.

Job description

We’re bringing back the swim team! The Assistant Coach provides a swim program individualized to the goals and ability level of the athletes. Through education, motivation, and leadership, Swim Team Coaches will collaborate with each other to assist youth in establishing and reaching their overall athletic goals in personalized and group-training sessions. Athletes will complete against other YMCA teams. Team practices are currently held on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
