Job Description:

Swim teachers will follow the Barron Swim School curriculum to instruct students from 3 months to teens on stroke development and water safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety for all students
• Engage students with a friendly and animated demeanor, inject fun, and make corrections as needed
• Use provided lesson plans to teach and help students achieve goals
• Follow guidance from mentors and leaders
• Be a team player
• Maintain consistent attendance for stability and progression
