As a FOSS Swim Instructor, you will lead students in a structured yet fun water environment to develop their swimming skills, confidence, and safety around water. Our program offers the opportunity to teach a variety of ages and skill levels, emphasizing improvisation, play, and connection.

Job Details

Type: Part-time (minimum 12 hours/week)

Shift: 3 to 5-hour shifts, including weekday evenings and weekends with additional pay for certain shifts

Main Responsibilities

• Manage classes of 1-4 students, providing hands-on instruction following the FOSS curriculum.
• Ensure safety and an engaging learning environment.
• Communicate progress with parents/guardians.

Qualifications
