Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and mentoring.
• Help drive enrollment through marketing, customer service and customer experience/satisfaction.
• Manage and direct front desk activities and keep class organization.
• Instruct group swim classes and private lessons per SafeSplash curriculum.
• Build relationships with clients; provide feedback on swimmers during Splash-N-Tell week.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing standards; ensure safety; resolve issues; propose improvements.

Position Responsibilities

Assists in all core management responsibilities for the operation of our SafeSplash + SwimLabs programs. In addition, the Swim School Manager Instructs swimming lessons and trains staff according to the SafeSplash curriculum and philosophies in a positive and fun manor.

• Assist with Staff Scheduling, Training, and Mentoring
• Help drive enrollment through marketing, customer service, and customer experience and satisfaction
• Manage and direct front desk activities and keep class organization
• Instructs group swim classes and private lessons to all ages and abilities; conducts lessons according to SafeSplash training and teaching philosophies; upholds company core values and displays competence in performing expectations.
• Builds relationships with clients; providing feedback on swimmers during our monthly Splash-N-Tell week.
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; provides a safe and comfortable environment; resolves issues; identifying needs; recommending system improvements to management.

Position Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prefer 2 years of management experience in customer service and excels in communication skills
• Ability to learn computer scheduling software
• Has a keen eye for details, can manage multiple schedules and tasks, can troubleshoot and make decisions confidently and quickly
• A Team-driven leader: cares about staff and leads with the intent to build up the whole team while also providing exceptional guest relations
• Happy disposition; hospitable and caring
• Schedule is reoccurring weekly, including nights and weekends
• Must be willing to obtain Certifications:
  • Current Red Cross Lifeguard or equivalent
  • CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for Adult, Child certification
  • Lifeguard Instructor certified
